ADVERTISING WITH RENTCOSTATROPICAL.COM Advertise your property on the leading website for rental properties ONLY within the Costa Tropical de Granada region - don´t let your property get lost on other Spain property related websites. A rental property must be located between La Herradura and La Rabita on the coast and inland to Granada to qualify for inclusion on RentCostaTropical. Your own web page with a maximum of 12 photos - we know how important the photos are to prospective renters. Images can either be uploaded through the website, sent by email (we prefer JPG files) or sent by postal service in photo or CD format. If you do not have good quality photos of your property, RentCostaTropical offers a photo service. Please contact us for details. Your enquiries from RentCostaTropical go directly to you via email. The added feature of your own online booking form direct from your web page for your renters to submit directly to you - an administrational time saving feature for both the renter and owner/agent. Create your user name and password in our login area. You can modify your details or photos at any time during your advertising period by our simple online management system and at no additional cost. Your property details will be online within 48 hours of submission. Telephone support during office opening hours. Owners and rental agents are welcome to place their properties on RentCostaTropical. PRICING Standard Property Listing - Euros 80 (incl IVA) Standard site listing for 12 months Standard Property Listing + 3 months Featured Listing - Euros 95 (incl. IVA) Standard site listing for 12 months with the first 3 months as a Featured listing (Featured properties rotate on all pages of RentCostaTropical giving your property higher exposure) Featured Property Listing - Euros 135 (incl IVA) Standard site listing for 12 months + Featured listing for 12 months 3 Month Featured Property Listing - Euros 15 (incl. IVA) This option is only available for properties that are already listed Discounts available for more than one property. Please contact RentCostaTropical for further information telling us how many properties you wish to advertise. PAYMENT: Payment is made one year in advance. We accept payment by: 1) Spanish bank cheque sent to our office and made payable to RentCostaTropical or 2) credit card through the Paypal service. Payment must be received within 7 working days of your property details being published on RentCostaTropical or they will be deleted. RENTCOSTATROPICAL CONDITIONS Only rental properties are accepted. No link referrals to other websites. You should have at least 4 photos of your property, a descriptive text and pricing details. You should state prices by week (not per person) either in Euros or Sterling. RentCostaTropical has the right to edit or delete information and photos that it feels are inappropriate for the website It is the responsibility of the owner or agent to ensure they have copyright or permission to use images. All enquiries received by the owner or agent should be answered quickly - even if the property is booked. All enquiries and bookings are made between the enquirer/rental party and owner or agent. RentCostaTropical is solely the advertiser of the property and takes no responsibility for any enquiries, bookings, double bookings, cancellations or for any loss or damage renters or owners may have.
