There is a great little beach - Rojana beach - between Calahonda and Castell de Ferro on the N340 coastal road. From the direction of Calahonda if you get to Castell then you've gone too far! The beach is not signposted - there is a written sign on the hillside when approaching from Castell. Turn right approaching from Castell and you will be taken down a rough road through a tunnel underneath the N340 road. Between mid June and mid September there is a wooden restaurant built selling good food and drinks. The beach is small - get there early - and is pebbly. A great location for snorkling.
