Apartment Felipe offers superb views of the communal pool and garden and out across the golf course to the sea.

Consisting of two bedrooms (one double and a twin), two bathrooms (one en-suite), a dining room/sitting room and a kitchen, Apartment Felipe, is decorated and furnished to a high standard that includes cream marble tiles, double-glazed windows, electric blinds and ceramic-tiled bathrooms and kitchen.  The apartment is also fully air-conditioned throughout and has private underground parking.

The modern kitchen and laundry area comes fully equipped with a four ring electric hob and oven, family-sized microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric kettle, toaster and complete sets of crockery and cookware to satisfy every need.

The apartment has a well thought out floorplan, with the sleeping areas nicely separated from the main dining and sitting areas.  The dining/sitting room can be closed off, so those wishing to stay up late can carry on without disturbing those tucked in for the evening.  Also leading from the sitting area is a covered terrace area with patio furniture for four.

Designed to take full advantage of its position on the Mediterranean coast, guests will undoubtedly appreciate the regions microclimate, subtropical in character, a warm and gentle 18 degrees in winter and an average of 25 degrees in summer.  Guests have full access to the large well-maintained swimming pool on site (open beginning of June to end of September).

Playa
Granada is the sort of place that you could easily make yourself at home in for the length of your stay.  However, if you are the sort of person who likes to explore the local area further, you can rest assured that you are ideally located for any number of day trips.  The fascinating Alpujarras villages are close at hand and the beautiful, culturally rich city of Granada (approximately 50 minutes drive), home to the famous Alhambra Palace, last stand of the Moors.  Skiing is also available up in the Sierra Nevada mountain range overlooking Granada, a 90 minute drive from the apartment.

Or 25 minutes west along the coast you could find yourself in Nerja, a longtime favourite destination and home to some excellent Irish pubs, Indian curry houses and many a happy expat.  Don't miss the real Spanish side of this town such as the fascinating caves and the architecture such as the humble local church and the historic Balcon de Europa are all worth a visit.

Situated approximately 10 minutes by car either direction are the towns of Salobrena and Motril where you will find everything from fresh food markets and boot sales to large supermarkets with convenient parking.

Often described as one of the prettiest towns in the south of Spain, Salobrena, with its winding narrow Moorish style streets and the Arab castle perched high on the hill, shines white during the day and is floodlit at night, not forgetting the idyllic restaurants situated along the beach. Motril is a bustling modern Spanish city.  Much of the town centre has been made pedestrian friendly and you will find a wide selection of designer shops, cafes, great tapas bars, fine restaurants, a lively nightlife as well as historical places of interest.

Whether you are a large family or a group of friends wanting to ski, swim, sunbathe, play golf or tennis, go horse riding, quad-biking or walking we are confident that Apartment Felipe is a perfect location for a relaxing, unforgettable holiday.
