In addition to our competative rental rates during this period, we can offer you the following additional discounts for longer stays: 10% for 3 weeks 25% for 6+ weeks 20% for 4+ weeks 30% for 8+ weeks At these reduced rates, electricity used will be charged at cost at a rate of 0.10 Euro per kilowatt. The lounge and each bedroom is provided with Panasonic heaters with ionizer. Fresh linen will not be provided weekly during this time. A deposit of 25% of the total cost is required with the confirmed booking by either a bank wire transfer or credit card (25 Euros processing fee for credit card). The balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival date. A refundable security deposit of 225 Euros is also required and is payable in cash to our property manager in Spain on arrival day. The security deposit is returned to you in cash on your departure day provided there has been no breakages or damage. Bed linen and bathroom towels provided and changed weekly.
